A candidate with strong Salesforce development + hands-on Sitetracker experience is preferred. A generic Salesforce Developer without Sitetracker experience may not be a strong fit if Sitetracker expertise is mandatory.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sitetracker Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development and the Sitetracker platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Sitetracker solutions built on the Salesforce platform. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, integrations, and Sitetracker objects and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, configure, and maintain Sitetracker applications on Salesforce.
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Develop custom functionality using Apex, Triggers, Classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
Configure and customize Sitetracker objects, workflows, processes, project management, work orders, tasks, and related business processes.
Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
Integrate Sitetracker/Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware/integration tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Salesforce and Sitetracker functionality.
Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data validation activities.
Work with Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and access controls.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and release management.
Support SIT/UAT and production deployments.
Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and configurations.
Required Skills
Hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Sitetracker.
Strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Apex Classes, SOQL/SOSL.
Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong experience with Salesforce Flows and automation.
Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, Git, or CI/CD processes.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of Salesforce SDLC and Agile methodology.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
Sitetracker certification or relevant Sitetracker implementation experience.
Experience in telecom, utilities, renewable energy, solar, or infrastructure project management.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ or related Salesforce products.
Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar.
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
