We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to play a vital role in managing our daily business operations in a remote work environment. This position requires someone who excels in organization and can effectively streamline administrative tasks to ensure that our team functions efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing communications, and facilitating the smooth operation of administrative processes. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential to succeed in this role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration within our team.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and schedules
• Manage emails and follow-up requests
• Prepare and organize documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
• Keep accurate digital records and files
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external contacts
• Track deadlines and administrative tasks
• Assist with data entry and updating records
• Help with onboarding and other administrative processes
• Coordinate virtual meetings and team activities
• Organize incoming documents
• Keep company and customer information confidential
• Support special projects and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
• Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada
• Must live in the United States or Canada
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Quick to learn new software and systems
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
• Previous administrative or coordination experience is preferred but not required
