Pharmacist

Start: September 8, 2026

Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule: 40 hrs/week, 10-hour shifts

Shifts: Day/evening, with varied starts around 5:00 AM, 7:30 AM, and 10:00 AM

Weekend: Every other weekend

Guaranteed: 40 hrs/week

Cancellation: Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts during the assignment

Experience: Minimum 2 years

License: California Pharmacist license required to submit

Certifications: BLS + ACLS required

New grads: Not accepted

Floating: No

EMR: Cerner

Dispensing: Omnicell

Hospital: 267 inpatient beds + 100 outpatient beds

Trauma: Level II

Special populations: NICU, pediatrics, adults, geriatrics, oncology

Sterile compounding: Desired

Oncology infusion experience: A plus

Important requirements

The biggest screening points are:

Active California Pharmacist license

At least 2 years of experience

BLS and ACLS

No new graduates

Sterile compounding experience is preferred.

Pharmacy residency/BCPS and oncology infusion experience are advantages.
