Volunteer Coordinator

Coordinated volunteer engagement for Mujeres Uru, a women-led Indigenous collective working to restore Lake Uru Uru in Oruro, Bolivia, which has been severely damaged by mining pollution and climate change. Recruited, organized, and supported volunteers involved in ecological restoration efforts, including planting totora reeds used to filter contaminants from the lake's water. Helped coordinate community outreach and awareness campaigns to engage local residents and supporters in the project's environmental and cultural preservation goals.
