Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Sales Director to lead growth and enrollment initiatives for a senior healthcare organization focused on helping seniors remain safely in their homes and communities through a value-based care model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 5+ years of supervisory experience

• At least 2 years of senior healthcare services growth/enrollment experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office

• Data-driven leadership experience with the ability to use reports and analytics to prioritize people and projects

• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
