Labor & Employment Associate – Detroit $260K-$310K

Amlaw 50 firm is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated 3rd-4th year associate (Class of 2022-2023) to join their nationally recognized Labor & Employment Practice Group in our Detroit office.

Qualified candidates will have experience with wage and hour class action litigation, union negotiations, advice and counseling, OSHA matters, EEOC Charges, and single plaintiff employment litigation. Strong legal writing skills and experience with discovery, motion practice, and researching and drafting pleadings, motions and other court filings required. Experience with trial preparation in both state and federal courts and participation in settlement conferences and negotiations preferred.

In support of transparency and equity in the workplace, the expected salary range for this position is $260,000-$310,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
