Voushify is building the Trust Infrastructure of the Future — a professional credibility platform where individuals build verified reputations through structured vouches, recommendation repositories, and a proprietary VoushScore credibility algorithm.
In a world of AI-generated resumes and fake profiles, Noushify creates Proof of Human Trust through verified professional endorsements.
We are currently in MVP development and looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Development Intern to help us build the foundational architecture of the platform.
💻 Role Overview
As a Full Stack Development Intern, you will work directly with the founder to help design, build, and iterate on the core Voushify platform. This role is hands-on and high impact. You will help shape product architecture, database structure, scoring logic, and user interface experience.
You will gain real startup exposure across product development, technical architecture, and early-stage scaling decisions.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Front-End Development
Build responsive user interfaces for:
User profile pages
Vouch submission forms
VouchFeed (activity feed)
Recruiter dashboard
Implement clean, modern UI components (cards, badges, score displays)
Ensure mobile responsiveness
Work with Figma or design mockups to implement pixel-accurate layouts
2️⃣ Back-End Development
Design and implement database schema for:
Users (trusted, trustee, connections)
Vouches (multiple formats: written, survey, video, interview, title-only)
Private vs public vouches
Confidence scoring variables
Build API endpoints for:
Vouch creation and retrieval
Profile rendering
Score calculation logic
Implement authentication and role-based permissions
3️⃣ VoushScore Logic (Core Feature)
Help design and implement:
Weighted scoring models
Relationship strength indicators
Confidence score mechanisms
Fraud prevention flags
Assist in structuring algorithm modularity for future AI integration
4️⃣ Infrastructure & Deployment
Assist with:
Email integration (verification + transactional emails)
Cloud hosting setup (AWS, GCP, or Vercel)
Database setup (Postgres, Firebase, or similar)
Basic CI/CD workflows
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Required:
Strong understanding of full stack development fundamentals
Experience with at least one modern stack (e.g., MERN, Next.js, Django + React, etc.)
Knowledge of REST APIs
Database modeling experience
Basic understanding of authentication & security principles
Preferred:
Experience building SaaS or startup products
Experience working with APIs
Familiarity with scoring algorithms or ranking systems
Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals
Startup mindset (comfortable with ambiguity)
