Project Manager - Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Project Lead to manage multiple agency-wide technology initiatives from planning and solicitation through implementation, migration, archival, and sunset of legacy applications.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience

• 3+ years of Hybrid Project Management experience using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• 3+ years of experience in Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development

• 3+ years of Risk Management experience

• 3+ years of Resource Management experience

• 3+ years of Change Management experience

• 3+ years of Budget Planning experience

• Bachelor's degree required

• Experience managing large projects of moderate complexity and risk

• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, presentation, and facilitation skills

• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Process Improvement

• Financial principles

• Accounting principles

• Mortgage industry principles

Required Certification

One of the following is required or must be in progress:

• PMP

• PMI-ACP

• CSM (Certified ScrumMaster)
