About This Role

We are looking for a dedicated SNF LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to provide high-quality care to our patients. This role requires a compassionate individual who is skilled in patient care and comfortable working on-site.

Responsibilities

Monitor and record vital signs of patients.
Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
Perform wound dressing and assist with basic life support.
Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management.
Implement infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

A CA licensed nurse with good physical and mental health.
Current BLS level CPR certification.
