We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Engineering Specialist to support critical Army Voice Modernization initiatives and mission-critical emergency communications systems.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Support deployment and integration of Ribbon Federal Edge gateways
🔹 Engineer and troubleshoot SIP interconnections and policy routing
🔹 Analyze and resolve E-911 call flow and routing issues
🔹 Support deployment validation and readiness assessments
🔹 Coordinate connectivity between Federal Edge, DISA VISP, and Army PSAP systems
🔹 Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies
🔹 Assist with issue resolution impacting gateway deployment and performance

Required Qualifications

✅ 10+ years of telecommunications engineering experience
✅ 5+ years of VoIP/SIP engineering experience
✅ Experience with Ribbon Communications, Sonus, or Genband solutions
✅ Strong knowledge of Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
✅ Expertise in SIP signaling and interconnections
✅ Hands-on experience with E-911 or PSAP integration
✅ Proficiency with Wireshark and telecommunications troubleshooting tools
✅ Active Secret Security Clearance (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ DISA VISP familiarity
⭐ Army VMOD experience
⭐ PSAP interconnection experience
⭐ Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCIE)
⭐ NG911 Public Safety Communications experience
