You'll work on lean case teams (often just 2 attorneys) giving you real responsibility from day one, plus get 10% origination credit on any business you bring in - something most firms don't offer associates. This junior associate role (1st-4th year) offers $155K-$200K base salary, 1,800 billable hour target, and exposure to diverse practice areas including trade secrets, crypto, fintech, and IP litigation. You'll be hybrid 3 days in office in downtown LA working on matters across California and beyond.
