Benefitly

Benefitly is an AI-powered health benefits literacy platform that helps employees understand their health insurance coverage through conversational AI. Founded by Chase O'Neill (CTO) and Ross Davis (CEO), Benefitly serves the small and medium business market of 15 to 500 employees. The platform solves the health insurance literacy issue where only 4% of Americans can correctly define basic insurance terms like deductible, copay, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket maximum. 72.2 million Americans skip medical care due to cost uncertainty, and Benefitly addresses this by providing instant, accurate, citation-backed answers about individual insurance plans.
