Sales Coordinator for TAYAM Brand

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sales meeting related work for the TAYAM brand in the US region, including presenting product PPTs, clearly conveying brand philosophy, product advantages, and core values, and assisting with the execution of sales meeting activities.
2. Liaise with clients in the US region, providing professional and efficient customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales issues, maintaining good customer relationships, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Assist in exploring market potential in the US region, gather information on distributor resources, coordinate discussions with potential distributors, follow up on collaborations, and assist in building a comprehensive distributor system to support the growth of the distribution business.
4. Responsible for sales administration support tasks, including sales data statistics, organizing and filing customer records, tracking and documenting progress against sales targets, cooperating with the team to achieve regional sales KPIs, and assisting in optimizing sales processes.
5. Collaborate with the team to execute various sales and promotional activities, collect and organize market information and competitor activity, compile standardized reports, and provide reference support for adjusting the brand's market strategy in the US.
6. Assist in completing other sales-related support tasks assigned by superiors, cooperating with the sales team to advance various projects efficiently.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Biopharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, etc., are preferred.、
2. Proficient in both Chinese and English communication.
3.Familiar with processes related to order processing, contracts, payment collection, and shipping.
4. Basic knowledge of cosmetic products and processing is preferred.
5. Applicants must possess a US Green Card or EAD card.
