Our goal is to provide high quality access to care for patients with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. We merge accessible psychiatric telehealth care with a local clinic so that patients have a personalized experience with providers they know.

PNW Virtual Health is a niche telehealth-hybrid clinic with a focus on ADHD, anxiety, and depression in Seattle and Bellevue, WA. Our goal is to provide treatment for one of the most under-recognized and under-treated mental health conditions, ADHD. With proper evaluation and evidence-based treatment these patients can have a significantly higher quality of life! Telehealth provides an optimal method to connect with patients in the comfort of their own home (and yours too!). Patients have an initial hour-long intake with screening for mood/attention disorders, then scheduled for an hour-long ADHD assessment. Patients are seen in-person once annually, but otherwise their care is managed via telehealth visits.
Responsibilities:
Provide initial intake, assessments and follow up consultations for patients with ADHD symptoms
32 patient contact hours per week
Evaluate the patient and formulate a diagnosis
Develop, implement and monitor a plan of care
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Manage patient’s medication regimen via video consults
Provide appropriate counseling, education and therapies for the patient
Track patient progress and collaborate with other healthcare providers regarding plan of care and treatment
Maintain accurate records with timely chart closure/billing
Timely patient communication and follow up
Qualifications:
Seeks opportunities for professional growth
Current and unrestricted PMHNP license in Washington state
Credentialed with major insurance panels
No active legal disputes or investigations against license
Valid DEA license
Willingness to put patients first
Proficiency with computer skills, adapting to a new EMR
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized
Work environment free from external noise with a professional background for video visits when working from home
Reliable internet connection
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
