About Synvya
Synvya helps restaurants capture and convert demand from AI assistants without intermediaries.
Today, Synvya publishes restaurant identity, structured facts, and full menu and catalog data in AI readable formats so restaurants can show up accurately when diners use AI to decide where to eat. Next, Synvya expands from Discovery into Takeout and Reservations so diners can order and book directly inside AI assistants, routed into the restaurant’s existing systems.
Synvya’s core belief is simple: AI assistants are becoming a new customer acquisition channel, and restaurants need infrastructure built for that channel. Synvya is building that infrastructure around portability, direct restaurant customer relationships, and open ecosystems.
The role
Synvya is looking for a hands on CTO and technical co founder to lead product and engineering from the ground up.
This is a founder level role with meaningful equity. Please note that there is no salary until funding is secured. Expected salary compensation is $150,000 after angel funding and $200,000 after VC funding.
This is not a people manager only role. You will be the senior technical owner of the company: defining architecture, shipping core product, building reliability and security practices, and hiring the first engineering team.
You will work directly with the founder to turn Synvya from an early product into durable infrastructure for the AI channel in restaurants. Near term company hiring plans already center on bringing in a co founder and CTO plus additional engineers.
