Description:We are currently looking for software developers who are interested in joining our team and collaborating on software development projects through their job platform accounts.

In this role, we work together to secure software development projects and distribute tasks based on each developer’s current programming skills, experience, and availability.

If there are new technologies or areas you would like to learn, our experienced development team is also happy to provide guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support through real project work. We can handle more advanced or time-consuming parts of the project while helping you grow your technical skills over time.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our team on software development projects

• Complete development tasks that match your current skill level

• Communicate with the team regarding project progress and availability

• Learn and improve through practical development experience

Requirements:

• Experience in software development or programming

• Familiarity with at least one modern programming language or framework

• Access to and willingness to use your job platform account for collaboration

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Compensation:

Once payment is received from a project, the income will be shared among team members based on each person’s contribution and involvement in the project.
