Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Lead – Finance Transformation with strong experience across enterprise finance functions, particularly Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance business processes combined with technology and transformation experience. This role will focus on identifying opportunities to modernize enterprise finance processes through automation, AI, and Agentic AI/Agentification.

The candidate will work closely with Finance, Technology, Data, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technology and business transformation initiatives across enterprise finance functions.

• Provide techno-functional expertise across P2P, FP&A, accounting, procurement, and financial operations.

• Analyze existing finance processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and AI enablement.

• Drive Agentification / Agentic AI initiatives to improve finance workflows and decision-making.

• Identify business processes that can be enhanced through AI agents, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration.

• Translate finance business requirements into functional and technical solutions.

• Partner with Finance, IT, Data, AI/ML, and enterprise architecture teams.

• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, implementation, and delivery.

• Develop transformation roadmaps and prioritize high-value automation and AI use cases.

• Support integration of AI/agentic solutions with enterprise applications and data platforms.

• Evaluate opportunities involving GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, intelligent workflows, and automation.

• Drive stakeholder alignment across business and technology teams.

• Present transformation recommendations, business cases, and progress to senior leadership.

• Identify process, data, integration, and technology dependencies and drive resolution.

• Support change management, adoption, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology, finance transformation, or techno-functional roles.

• Strong experience with P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.

• Strong experience with FP&A / Financial Planning & Analysis.

• Experience leading enterprise finance transformation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of finance business processes and enterprise applications.

• Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions.

• Hands-on or strong working knowledge of AI / Generative AI / Agentic AI / Agentification.

• Experience identifying and implementing AI-driven process automation or intelligent workflows.

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively across Finance, IT, Data, and business teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials, or other enterprise ERP platforms.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, SAP Finance, or similar platforms.

• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, or AI orchestration frameworks.

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar GenAI platforms.

• Experience with workflow automation/RPA platforms.

• Experience with data analytics and enterprise reporting platforms.

• Experience working in the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry.

• Experience with enterprise architecture and digital transformation.

• Experience leading global or cross-functional transformation programs.
