Pallet Repair & Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
Fady Pallets Inc. is looking for hardworking, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our growing team. As a Pallet Repair & Warehouse Associate, you will help repair, sort, stack, manufacture, and move wooden pallets while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. No experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidates.
Responsibilities
- Repair damaged wooden pallets using hand and power tools.
- Sort pallets by size, quality, and condition.
- Build new pallets according to company specifications.
- Load and unload pallets from trucks.
- Stack and organize pallets safely throughout the warehouse.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications - Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to lift up to 50–75 pounds repeatedly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Previous warehouse or pallet experience is a plus but not required.
