Responsibilities

• Complete required licensing and training

• Build and maintain healthy relationships with team/clients

• Educate clients on financial strategies

• Manage your own schedule and workload

• Analyze client needs/goals

• Consistently develop product and financial services knowledge

Compensation

100% commission-based with opportunities for renewal and passive income, and an uncapped earning potential.

Estimated yearly salary for full-time producers

• Entry level (0-3 years) - $65,000

• Mid-level (4-7 years) - $280,000

• Senior level (8+ years) - $500,000+
