🚨 Hiring: Senior UX Designer
📍 Jersey City, NJ - RemoteSeeking a Senior UX Designer with 15+ years of experience designing complex enterprise, trading, analytics, or operational dashboard platforms.🔹 Responsibilities:
• Design end-to-end workflows for trading, SOC/CTOC, analytics, and AI-assisted platforms
• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity Figma prototypes
• Build scalable design systems and real-time dashboard experiences
• Design data-rich interfaces for alerts, monitoring, investigations, and executive reporting
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and Data teams
• Translate business requirements into implementation-ready UX designs✅ Required Skills:
• 15+ years in UX/Product Design
• Strong Figma expertise (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
• Experience with enterprise dashboards, observability, trading, SOC/NOC, or analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of data visualization and real-time UX patterns
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills➕ Nice to Have:
• Banking or cybersecurity dashboard experience
• Familiarity with Splunk, Grafana, Kibana, Sentinel, or Chronicle
• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows and accessibility-first interfaces
