Role Description

The User Acquisition Affiliate is a part-time remote role focused on growing the Humanus community by attracting new users and encouraging engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and reaching potential users through digital channels, social networks, and relevant communities, and promoting Humanus’ value proposition. The role involves tracking and analyzing user acquisition performance, optimizing outreach strategies, and reporting key metrics. The User Acquisition Affiliate will collaborate with the team on campaigns, provide feedback on user behavior and market trends, and help refine messaging and positioning to improve conversion and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate acquisition performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness.

• Experience with acquisitions or user growth initiatives, particularly in digital or marketplace environments.

• Effective communication skills for outreach, community engagement, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Ability to support program management, including coordinating campaigns, tracking tasks, and managing timelines.

• Market research skills to identify target audiences, understand user needs, and assess competitive landscapes.

• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, referral programs, or influencer partnerships is beneficial.

• Comfort working independently in a remote, part-time setting with reliable internet access.

• Prior experience in online platforms, marketplaces, or community-driven products is a plus.
