Activity Leader

Job Overview
The Activity Leader is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading activities for children and youth in a variety of settings. This role requires creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage participants in meaningful experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging activity programs
• Supervise and lead groups of children/youth
• Ensure safety and well-being of participants
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
• Maintain accurate records of activities and attendance

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or youth preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
