Lancaster Ave, Devon, PA 19333, this position is fully remote, allowing qualified candidates to work from home while supporting our sales operations.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

Coordinate appointments and follow-ups for the sales team.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Prepare sales documents, reports, and correspondence.

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.

Previous sales support, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus.
