We're looking for an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Trainer/Consultant with a passion for training, user enablement, and Oracle Fusion Supply Chain. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping end users successfully adopt new systems while bridging the gap between business and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and deliver Oracle Fusion training for both group sessions and 1-on-1 coaching
✅ Enable users across 7 functional teams:
Cost Accounting
Transportation Management
Data Lake House
Supply Chain Planning & Execution
Inventory Management

Technical Teams
✅ Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate functional requirements into integration solutions
✅ Create clear documentation including solution designs, workflows, data mappings, and support guides

Required Skills:
✔ Oracle Fusion SCM and Inventory Management experience
✔ Proven experience delivering user training and driving system adoption
✔ Excellent communication and documentation skills
✔ Ability to explain technical concepts to both business and technical audiences

Preferred:
⭐ APICS/ASCM Certification (or equivalent supply chain expertise)
⭐ Manufacturing industry experience
