Warehouse Support Specialist

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving inventory, taking customer orders, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean, highly organized facility. The ideal candidate has excellent customer relations, physical stamina, works well as a team player in a fast-paced environment, and places a high priority on workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Put-Away: Unload incoming freight, inspect products for damage, verify item quantities against packing slips and putting stock away.

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders following client orders to ensure timely delivery or shipment.

• Inventory Control: Conduct routine cycle counts, assist with full physical inventory audits, and help report discrepancies or low stock levels.

• Material Handling: Safely operate equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and Carts to transport heavy goods across the facility.  Some deliveries to customers as needed.

• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a tidy workspace by organizing storage racks, breaking down pallets, and eliminating hazards to ensure safety & organization.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus but not required.

• Equipment Proficiency: Experience with RF barcode scanners and standard material handling equipment (pallet jacks, dollies).

• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy to navigate inventory management databases and log asset movements.

• Core Traits: High attention to detail, basic math proficiency for counting stock, and strong communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist on concrete floors for the entirety of an 8- to 10-hour shift.

• Ability to safely lift and manipulate objects weighing up to 50–75 lbs frequently.

Position will start at 20-25 hours per week and will have the option to turn into full time.  First Review after 30 days
