Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support the availability, scalability, performance, and security of critical enterprise cloud and middleware platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, and IBM WebSphere. This role involves managing containerized workloads, developing CI/CD pipelines, supporting production environments, troubleshooting incidents, and automating operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and support highly available Azure cloud and IBM WebSphere middleware platforms.
• Administer and troubleshoot Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters, containerized deployments, networking, and services.
• Build, maintain, and optimize Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Support infrastructure provisioning and automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Lead troubleshooting of production incidents and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Participate in on-call and production operational support.
• Configure dashboards, metrics, monitoring, and alerting to improve system reliability.
• Identify and resolve performance and capacity issues.
• Execute production releases, patching, and changes in accordance with enterprise change-management procedures.
• Automate repetitive operational processes to improve efficiency and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Azure, AKS, Azure DevOps, and IBM WebSphere.
• Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Production Engineering.
• Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise systems.
• Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.
