Support quarterly business reviews, planning sessions, client health reviews, and business outcome discussions

Help customers understand marketing measurement, paid media performance, experimentation results, and reporting insights

Partner with internal analytics, marketing science, product, and technical teams to resolve customer issues and support client goals

Coordinate onboarding, data requirements, enablement, timelines, and customer readiness

Monitor client data health and escalate data, reporting, or platform issues as needed

Manage customer projects, timelines, deliverables, status updates, and follow-up actions

Identify risks, adoption gaps, expansion opportunities, and areas for improved customer value

Maintain accurate CRM records, customer notes, account status, and renewal or expansion opportunities

Prepare client-facing presentations, reports, business reviews, and internal account updates

Required Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Project Management, or a related client-facing role

Experience working with clients in paid media, digital marketing, performance marketing, marketing analytics, AdTech, MarTech, or media measurement

Background supporting weekly client conversations around media plans, campaign results, reporting, performance, or business outcomes

Strong client communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

Ability to review data, identify trends, ask strong questions, and translate insights into clear client recommendations

Experience managing multiple customer accounts, priorities, timelines, and deliverables

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Slides, CRM systems, or analytics dashboards

Highly organized, proactive, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment

Hands-on experience with paid media platforms or ad campaign management

Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, media experimentation, forecasting, or campaign measurement

Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel, Google Sheets, or client reporting dashboards

Experience managing enterprise, mid-market, or high-value customer accounts

Experience supporting onboarding, enablement, product adoption, renewals, upsell, or cross-sell

Experience working with cross-functional teams across analytics, product, technical support, marketing science, and sales

Additional Beneficial Experience

Experience managing customer scorecards, customer health metrics, business outcome reporting, or executive-facing account updates

Experience supporting CPG, retail, financial services, eCommerce, or consumer brand accounts

Experience with Ad Platform APIs, data integrations, marketing data pipelines, or data quality workflows
