Platform Operations & Onboarding Specialist

Zentrox is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable contractor to coordinate account onboarding and platform operations for AI training and research projects. This opportunity is suited to someone who communicates clearly, manages sensitive information responsibly, and takes ownership of administrative processes.

About the Role

You will support account setup, required verification procedures, and ongoing coordination across designated third-party platforms. Working with Zentrox’s internal engineering teams, you will help keep onboarding organized, account information current, and authorized access aligned with each platform’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate account registration and onboarding on designated AI training and research platforms.

• Complete required verification steps in accordance with platform rules and truthful account ownership information.

• Track onboarding progress, account status, and outstanding requirements.

• Coordinate platform-permitted access with authorized internal team members.

• Handle sensitive account information with care and maintain confidentiality.

• Identify onboarding issues promptly and provide clear, timely updates.

• Strong written communication and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to follow documented procedures.

• A reliable internet connection and availability for regular coordination.

• Comfort navigating online platforms and completing required onboarding processes.

• A responsible approach to confidentiality and platform compliance.

Compensation

This is a revenue-sharing contract opportunity. Contractors receive 20% of generated platform revenue, with payouts typically distributed weekly through platform payment systems.

Earnings depend on activity, platform engagement, and revenue generated; compensation is variable and is not guaranteed.
