🔹 Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale technology initiatives from planning through production launch and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate will combine a strong technical foundation in software systems, architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, and data management with proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing risks and dependencies, and driving predictable delivery.

You will serve as a key bridge between engineering teams and executive leadership, ensuring programs remain aligned with business objectives, security standards, timelines, and delivery goals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software and technology initiatives.
• Develop detailed program roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and success metrics.
• Identify and manage technical dependencies, delivery bottlenecks, and program risks.
• Partner with engineers and architects to evaluate system designs, APIs, data flows, cloud environments, scalability, performance, and security.
• Establish program governance, meeting cadences, health metrics, and reporting structures.
• Communicate program status, risks, blockers, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Translate complex technical information into clear business and executive-level updates.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote Agile best practices.
• Mentor junior project/program leads and help strengthen delivery discipline across teams.

🔹 Required Qualifications

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, System Architecture, or Technical Program Management.
• 10+ years of experience is preferred.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-level technology applications from concept through production.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of:

  • Software development principles
  • Distributed systems and architecture
  • RESTful APIs
  • Cloud services
  • Data management and data flows
  • System scalability and reliability
  • Enterprise security standards

• Ability to read, interpret, and evaluate software architecture and code without requiring hands-on coding.

Leadership & Communication

• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to bring structure, accountability, and clarity to complex or ambiguous environments.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Previous technical background as a Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
• Experience establishing formal program governance, delivery KPIs, and operational metrics across multiple engineering teams.
• Experience mentoring team members or coaching technical leads on program delivery and execution discipline.
