Service Advisor/Writer

Service Advisor Wanted – Join Our Amazing Automotive Repair Shop!

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Weekends & Holidays Off!)

Compensation: Based on Experience + Benefits.

Are you a proven leader who knows how to keep customers happy and cars running right? Our busy 6-bay independent local, family owned auto repair shop is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor who brings strong leadership, excellent customer service, and solid automotive knowledge to the table.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate our team of highly experienced technicians.

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and care.

• Write and manage accurate, detailed repair tickets.

• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers.

• Maintain smooth day-to-day operations of the shop.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.

• Experience writing and managing auto repair orders.

• Solid knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.

• Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred.
