Job description

AccessBridge International is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining company and operational data while working remotely.

This role is suitable for someone who has excellent attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling large amounts of information and maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Position Overview

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will support AccessBridge International by ensuring that information is accurately recorded, updated, and maintained across our databases, spreadsheets, internal systems, and digital records.

You will work with different teams to process information efficiently, identify inconsistencies, maintain organized records, and assist with administrative and operational data-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases, spreadsheets, and digital systems.

  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.

  • Verify information from documents, forms, emails, and other sources.

  • Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies.

  • Organize and maintain electronic files and records.

  • Convert information from physical or digital documents into appropriate databases or systems.

  • Assist with preparing spreadsheets, reports, lists, and data summaries.

  • Perform regular data checks and updates to ensure records remain accurate.

  • Retrieve and provide information when requested by authorized team members.

  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive company and client information.

  • Follow established data entry procedures, guidelines, and quality standards.

  • Communicate with team members regarding missing, incomplete, or unclear information.

  • Meet assigned deadlines and daily or weekly productivity targets.

  • Support other administrative and operational tasks when required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma, college qualification, or equivalent experience.

  • Previous experience in data entry, administration, customer service, office support, or a related field is an advantage.

  • Strong typing and computer skills with good accuracy.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, or similar productivity tools.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.

  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote-working environment.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Preferred Skills

Candidates with experience using CRM systems, cloud-based databases, document management platforms, or other business software will be an advantage.

The ideal candidate should be dependable, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely. You should be able to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent accuracy and productivity.
