Project Manager

Reliable Roofing San Diego is a family-owned company specializing in asphalt shingle and tile roof rejuvenation, repairs, and replacements across San Diego County. We deliver high-quality, long-lasting results with a focus on craftsmanship, clear communication, and customer trust.
We are hiring a Project Manager to help scale operations while maintaining our standards. This hands-on role reports to the General Manager and works closely with ownership on both field and administrative execution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate roofing crews, materials, and subcontractors for efficient project flow
Conduct pre-job site walks, review scopes of work, and confirm material quantities
Oversee daily progress, quality control, and safety compliance on active jobs
Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners—provide updates, address concerns, and ensure clear expectations
Track job costs, labor hours, and change orders; flag issues early
Manage punch lists, final walkthroughs, and warranty handoff documentation
Support sales by assisting with estimates when needed and identifying upsell opportunities (ventilation, cool-roof options, etc.)
Maintain organized digital and physical job files
Requirements
3+ years of project coordination or supervisory experience in residential roofing or related construction
Strong understanding of asphalt shingle and concrete/clay tile systems
Ability to read scopes, material lists, and basic plans
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with homeowners and crews
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
Comfortable with mobile apps for scheduling, photos, and daily reporting
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
