Workday Prism and Report Developer

We are seeking a Workday Prism and Report Developer to join as a subcontractor with my company to deliver work our clients. This role focuses on developing and maintaining Workday reports, primarily creating new reports, with occasional client interaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in the FIN and SCM modules and be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. This remote contract is open to candidates based in the US.

This is a 1099 contract opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Create advanced, matrix, and composite Workday reports.

• Develop and maintain Prism Analytics solutions.

• Design and implement dashboards and discovery boards.

• Focus on reporting for FIN and SCM modules.

• Prepare technical documentation for developed reports and analytics.

• Engage in occasional client meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.

• Collaborate effectively within the IT Reporting Team and work independently as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workday development experience.

• Proficient in Workday Report Writer and Prism Analytics.

• Strong knowledge of FIN and SCM modules.

• Experience in dashboard design and discovery board setup.

• Data analysis skills to enhance reporting quality and insights.
