Workday Supply Chain Functional Role

We're seeking a Workday SCM specialist to help ensure configuration stays true to approved designs, support the organization through testing and go-live stabilization, and close the loop between what was designed and what's actually built in the tenant. Healthcare sector background is a must.

Requirements

• Comfortable working independently within a Workday tenant to review and assess configuration

• Deep familiarity with how Workday SCM is configured and how its business processes function

• Must have prior experience in the healthcare sector

• A history of comparing live SCM configuration to design documentation and workbooks

• Has delivered several Workday SCM projects, with end-to-end implementation experience a strong plus

• Solid background implementing Workday's Supply Chain Management module

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Supply Chain modules and functional areas

• Flag discrepancies between the approved design and what's actually configured in the tenant

• Partner with finance, procurement, technical teams, and supply chain stakeholders throughout the engagement

• Diagnose and resolve configuration or process problems within the SCM module

• Confirm that SCM configuration matches signed-off designs and Workday workbooks

• Suggest improvements to the SCM setup that stay within the bounds of the approved design

• Contribute to functional, integration, and user acceptance testing efforts

• Examine business processes, security dependencies, and operational workflows tied to SCM configuration

• Deliver training, knowledge transfer, and clear supporting documentation
