Position: Grounds Make Ready Technician/Labor

Location: San Antonio, TX 78242

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; hours may vary based on operational needs

Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm

Initial Assignment: 8 weeks

Target Start Date: July 27, 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain grounds, sidewalks, driveways, parking areas, and common spaces

• Pick up trash and help maintain a clean property environment

• Perform basic/light maintenance work orders

• Assist with unit make-ready preparations

• Identify, document, and report maintenance or warranty-related items

• Trim and edge walkways and flowerbeds and assist with basic landscaping

• Support property inspections and special maintenance projects as needed

• Follow applicable safety procedures and workplace requirements

Requirements:

• General grounds maintenance experience

• Basic/minor maintenance knowledge

• Dependable vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Ability to perform the physical functions required for the position

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Background consent form must be completed before starting
