We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Executive Specialist/Executive to join our growing team.

Responsibility

• Collect, consolidate and analyze data; maintain business database and assist to prepare various reports for management.
• Coordinate with all functions and Americas Region countries to develop and implement action plans to achieve short and long term business goals.
• Assist to monitor the planning and implementation of business initiatives to all functions.
• Assist to promote the improvement of business and functional process.
• Analyze and report the impact of macro environment on our businesses to management.
• Liaise internally and externally in the provision of support assistance to departments for smoothening project accomplishment.
• Organize regular management meetings.
• Assist to manage public relations in Americas Region countries.
• Support business related projects
• Perform any other duties assigned from GM and Head of Corporate Planning time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Logistics or Business related disciplines.
• Detail-oriented and with strong business sense.
• Strong analytical thinking and management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in Mandarin.
• Proficiency in MS office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint including Chinese word processing.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
