Founded in 2024, the company is tackling one of the largest economic opportunities of the AI era: the massive gap between theoretical factory capacity and actual output. Most factories operate at only 30–40% utilization due to organizational overhead and operational complexity. The platform's AI learns specific operations, identifies root causes of downtime and yield loss, and delivers high-impact corrective actions directly to production teams.
The company recently signed its first six-figure contract with a precision aerospace manufacturer supplying leading commercial space companies, with more pilots in the pipeline.

About the Role
The company is looking for a Member of Technical Staff with 2+ years of experience to join an early-stage team building AI that autonomously operates factories. The ideal candidate is a high-ownership, independent technical builder who is comfortable shipping to messy, real-world environments — whether their background is in systems programming, agent orchestration, quantitative work, or founding their own company.
You'll join a team of seven with backgrounds from Neuralink, Tesla, Apple, and AWS, backed by a top-tier Silicon Valley venture firm, working on a platform already deployed at a precision aerospace manufacturer. This is a rare opportunity to own entire customer-facing features end-to-end at a company where your decisions immediately and visibly impact real factory operations.
What You'll Do
• Own and ship entire customer-facing features from ideation through deployment — e.g., building collaborative AI-assisted chat interfaces for factory operators
• Build and extend AI agent orchestration systems that optimize factory scheduling, dispatch work to operators, and drive indirect labor costs toward zero
• Work with the platform's unified data layer that connects legacy factory systems (ERPs, MES, PLCs, spreadsheets) into real-time operational intelligence
• Apply context engineering, agent harnesses, small model training, and RL techniques to deploy AI that makes high-leverage decisions in production environments
• Collaborate directly with customers and deploy features that have immediate visible impact on factory throughput and profitability
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
• 2–8 years of full-stack software engineering experience building production systems
• Experience at high-intensity technical companies (e.g., Tesla, Neuralink, SpaceX, Palantir or similar demanding startups)
• Ex-founder or early-stage startup experience with high ownership
• Experience building AI agents or context engineering in production
Education
• CS or EE degree from a strong technical program
Technical Skills
• Strong systems-level programming ability (C or equivalent low-level language experience signals depth)
• Experience with AI/ML agent orchestration or model deployment
• Data integration or ETL pipeline experience across heterogeneous systems
Mindset & Attributes
