Lead Datacomm Installation Technician

About This Role

We are looking for a Lead Datacomm Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the installation of structured cabling systems, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. Your leadership skills will be essential as you guide a team in executing installation projects while maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Lead the installation of structured cabling systems according to project specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during installations.

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates and address concerns.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in structured cabling installation and leadership.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with diverse teams.

• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues effectively.

• Certifications including BICSI Installer, Panduit Certification, and Ortronics Certification are preferred.

• Ability to obtain DCJS License and OSHA Safety Training.

• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
