Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Adobe AEM / Adobe Web SDK Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Web SDK (Alloy.js), JavaScript, and Python. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and integrating digital experiences, implementing analytics instrumentation, and working with Adobe Experience Platform and related Adobe solutions.

The candidate should be comfortable working across front-end and back-end technologies and collaborating with product, business, analytics, marketing, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

• Implement and integrate Adobe Web SDK (Alloy.js) with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Audience Manager as applicable.

• Design and implement client-side data layer patterns and digital analytics instrumentation.

• Develop scalable web solutions using JavaScript, Python, Node.js, and modern front-end development practices.

• Work on full-stack development across front-end and back-end systems.

• Implement event-driven analytics and tag management solutions.

• Ensure data governance and consistency across digital properties.

• Optimize web instrumentation for performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.

• Collaborate with product, business, analytics, marketing, and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

• Translate complex analytics, tracking, and instrumentation requirements into clear technical solutions.

• Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Take end-to-end ownership of deliverables and maintain high production quality.

• Contribute to AEM component development and analytics implementation.

• Work with CMS and headless CMS platforms and content authoring workflows.

Required Technical Skills

• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – 5+ years

• Adobe Web SDK / Alloy.js – 5+ years

• Python – 5+ years

• Strong JavaScript experience.

• Experience with Node.js.

• Strong understanding of web development and modern front-end practices.

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.

• Experience implementing client-side data layers.

• Knowledge of tag management and event-driven analytics.

• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.

• Full-stack development experience.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Adobe AEM component development experience.

• Experience with CMS/headless CMS platforms.

• Adobe certifications.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for deployment, data processing, or analytics pipelines.

• Experience with digital data governance and analytics architecture.

• Knowledge of Adobe Audience Manager.
