We’re looking for Forward Deployed Engineers who can work directly with enterprise customers, break down ambiguous business processes, and turn them into production software and automation.

This is more than a traditional engineering role—you’ll own customer outcomes from discovery → implementation → deployment → global rollout.

🚀 What You’ll Do

✅ Conduct process mining with enterprise customers
✅ Break complex workflows into actionable steps
✅ Build full-stack automations using an AI-English programming language
✅ Ship reliable production solutions
✅ Work directly with customers and drive adoption
✅ Scale deployments from pilot → production
✅ Create best practices for future deployments

🎯 What We’re Looking For

We’re especially interested in 3 types of candidates:

✔️ FDE / Deliver-role background — Palantir FDE, McKinsey EM, BCG Gamma, or similar

✔️ Founding Engineer — early startup engineer/cofounder who shipped real production systems

✔️ High-Slope Junior Engineer — recent grad or early-career engineer with an exceptional trajectory

💻 Required

✅ 2–8 years of software engineering experience
✅ Strong ability to build a full-stack application end-to-end
✅ FDE candidates must have actually written production code
✅ Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills
✅ Comfortable working directly with enterprise/Fortune 500 customers
✅ High ownership and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
✅ Top university pedigree if lacking strong startup experience

⭐ Strong Plus: Engineering + secondary experience in sales, growth, product, or business

🧠 Ideal Candidate

Technical depth + business mindset + customer skills

Someone who can walk into a customer environment, understand an ambiguous problem, architect a solution, build it, deploy it, and own the outcome.

❌ You only want to write code rather than solve business problems
