HAVERHILL · CEO
Benefits
Project Manager, Marketing
HAVERHILL | Barrington, Rhode Island | Part-time, with a path to full-time**
About Us
HAVERHILL is a vertically integrated, direct-to-consumer fine jewelry brand founded in 2013 by 5th-generation jeweler Haverhill Leach. We design and make personalized fine jewelry for life's milestones: births, anniversaries, graduations, and everything worth celebrating. Every piece is made to order in Rhode Island and ships within days, not weeks. We're a growing team with big plans, and marketing is at the center of them.
The Role
Marketing at HAVERHILL moves fast. Paid social, email and SMS, direct mail, seasonal campaigns, new product launches, site optimization, and creative production all run at once, and right now too much of the coordination lives in people's heads. We need a Project Manager who turns that motion into a system.
You'll own the marketing calendar and the execution behind it. You'll make sure campaigns launch on time with every asset in place, keep our agency and freelance partners on schedule, and give leadership a clear view of what's shipping and what's stuck. You'll report into marketing leadership and work closely with our creative, ecommerce, and production teams.
This role starts part-time. As you take on more of the marketing operation and prove out the systems, there's a clear path to full-time. We're structuring it this way deliberately: it lets the right person grow into the role as the company grows.
What You'll Do
- Own the marketing calendar end to end: campaigns, launches, promotions, and content across all channels
- Run campaign execution from brief to launch: timelines, asset tracking, approvals, and handoffs between creative, email, paid, and web
- Manage external partners (agencies, freelancers, photographers) against deadlines and deliverables
- Build and maintain project workflows in our project management tools so nothing depends on memory
- Run weekly marketing standups and keep status visible to leadership without anyone having to ask
- Coordinate cross-functionally with production and fulfillment so campaigns align with inventory and capacity
- Flag risks early and propose fixes, not just report problems
- Capture post-campaign learnings and turn them into better processes for the next one
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in marketing, ecommerce, or a DTC brand
- You've run multi-channel campaigns before and know what breaks: late assets, unclear owners, scope creep
- Fluent in project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and comfortable building workflows from scratch
- Strong written communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned without endless meetings
- Organized to a fault, but flexible when priorities shift, because in DTC they will
- Comfortable in a small, fast company where you'll wear a few hats and own outcomes, not just tasks
Nice to Have
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Meta Ads workflows
- Background in jewelry, fashion, beauty, or another premium consumer category
- PMP or similar certification (helpful, not required)
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly compensation, with salary and benefits as the role grows to full-time
- Flexible scheduling that works around your life
- A real seat at the table in a founder-led company where your work is visible
- The chance to build the marketing operations function, not inherit someone else's
- Beautiful product, a great team, and a Rhode Island HQ minutes from Narragansett Bay
