Job Details

• Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

• Job Type: Contractor (approximately 15 hours per week)

• Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Reinforcement Learning Environments that test AI models on complex software engineering challenges

• Create reproducible testing environments with comprehensive specifications and golden reference solutions

• Develop scenarios focused on:

• Bug fixing and debugging complex software issues

• Feature implementation and development

• Codebase refactoring and optimization

• Performance optimization and scalability improvements

• Write clean, maintainable code that serves as a reference standard for AI model evaluation

• Document problem specifications, solution approaches, and implementation details thoroughly

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices development

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one of the following:

• Python 3

• Java

• Rust

• TypeScript

• Core Competencies:

• Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures

• Expert-level debugging and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated experience in bug fixing and feature implementation

• Strong background in codebase refactoring
