A boutique civil litigation firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its General Liability practice. This is a hands-on litigation role with real courtroom exposure, offering a wide range of insurance defense and civil matters in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Handle a varied caseload spanning medical negligence, premises liability, personal injury, wrongful death, and general civil claims
• Take depositions and appear at hearings, mediations, and trials
• Draft pleadings, motions, and case reports
• Work directly with clients and litigation teams from intake through resolution

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of civil litigation experience
• Insurance defense or trial experience strongly preferred
• Active Florida Bar admission
• Strong writing, organization, and time management skills
• Sound independent judgment with a collaborative approach
