We are seeking an experienced Proposal Writer with a strong background in Federal Government contracting to join our growing team. If you have a passion for developing winning proposals and experience responding to Federal RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, we'd love to connect with you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead the end-to-end proposal lifecycle from planning to final submission.
✅ Develop and edit technical, management, past performance, and resume sections.
✅ Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create compelling proposal content.
✅ Ensure full compliance with solicitation requirements, templates, and style guides.
✅ Participate in color team reviews and implement reviewer feedback.
✅ Maintain proposal content libraries and reusable boilerplate.
✅ Support proposal formatting, graphics, schedules, and final submission packages.
✅ Track opportunities and assist with proposal planning and pipeline management.
🔹 Required Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field.
✔ 3–5 years of proposal or technical writing experience supporting Federal Government contracts.
✔ Experience with agencies such as HHS, DoD, DHA, or DHS.
✔ Strong understanding of Federal RFP structures, compliance, and GovCon proposal development.
✔ Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
✔ Experience with proposal tools such as GovWin, Awarded AI, or similar is a plus.
✔ APMP Foundation Certification is preferred but not required.
