Sponsorship Sales Intern

About the Role

Eruption Boxing & MMA Management is seeking a motivated and driven Sponsorship Sales Intern to support partnership development and brand growth.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience in sponsorship outreach and business development in the fast-paced world of combat sports. You’ll work closely with management to help identify partnership opportunities, support sponsor outreach, and assist in building brand relationships for fighters and the company.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with sponsorship outreach and communication efforts

Research potential sponsors and partnership opportunities

Help create sponsorship materials and outreach lists

Support fighter branding and promotional partnerships

Assist with tracking sponsorship opportunities and communications

Help brainstorm partnership campaigns and promotional ideas

Support relationship-building efforts with potential sponsors

Ideal Candidate

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, Communications, or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in sponsorships, sales, and sports business

Self-motivated, organized, and reliable

Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building

Passion for combat sports is a big plus
