Dispatcher - Corporate Ground Transportation

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate corporate ground transportation on behalf of one of our valued clients. In this role, you will manage ride requests, assign drivers and vehicles, and serve as the primary point of contact for ensuring every trip runs smoothly and on time. This is a fully remote position with working hours aligned to Pacific Standard Time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming corporate ride requests in real time
• Assign drivers and vehicles based on availability, location, and trip requirements
• Communicate proactively with drivers and passengers regarding pickup times, routes, and any changes
• Track trips from dispatch through completion, resolving delays or issues as they arise
• Coordinate with account managers and clients to ensure service standards are met
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and rebookings efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of trips, driver assignments, and incident reports
• Escalate urgent issues (accidents, no-shows, delays) according to established protocols
• Provide excellent, professional communication to VIP and executive-level riders

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation coordination, or a similar role preferred
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple active trips simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, real-time environment
• Proficient with dispatch software, GPS tracking tools, and standard office applications
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote work setup

Schedule

• Fully remote position
• Shifts scheduled within Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
• Specific shift times to be confirmed based on business needs (may include mornings, evenings, or weekends)
