Payroll - Sales Rep

Advocate Pay is seeking a motivated Payroll Sales Representative to develop new business and help employers improve their payroll and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new payroll and HR opportunities.

• Build relationships with business owners and referral partners.

• Conduct discovery calls and present tailored solutions.

• Prepare proposals and guide prospects through the sales process.

• Maintain accurate follow-up activity in the CRM.

• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Meet established sales and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience; payroll or HCM experience preferred.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.

• Organized, responsive, and self-motivated.

• Comfortable working independently in a growing company.

Compensation

Competitive base salary and commission with meaningful earning potential based on new-client revenue.
