Join a 100% employee-owned engineering company as a Senior Project Engineer supporting Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and Special Inspections. This role combines technical leadership, client relationship management, project execution, team mentoring, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering oversight and QA for CMT and Special Inspection projects.

• Review reports, specifications, testing data, and inspection documentation.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, project requirements, and industry standards.

• Manage client relationships and support business development.

• Mentor engineers, inspectors, and technical staff.

• Support project scheduling, staffing, and technical problem-solving.

Requirements:

• PE license in Maryland, Virginia, and DC, or ability to obtain through reciprocity.

• 3+ years of CMT, Special Inspections, Quality Control, or related engineering experience.

• Strong knowledge of building codes, inspection requirements, and project specifications.

• Hands-on construction/inspection experience.

• Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
