Job description

As a Founding Engineer, you will join the core team at the earliest stage and play a pivotal role in shaping both the product and the company. You will design, build, and launch our platform from the ground up with a goal of changing how healthcare is delivered. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in ambiguity, cares deeply about quality, and wants meaningful ownership and impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Architect, develop, test, and ship core components of the product
• Partner with founders to define the technical roadmap and evolve the product vision
• Make thoughtful architectural decisions balancing speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability
• Establish engineering best practices, tooling, and deployment processes from day one
• Build secure, reliable systems appropriate for healthcare data and workflows
• Support rapid iteration, experimentation, and learning to validate product hypotheses

Required Qualifications
• 1-3 years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping real-world products
• Comfort operating with incomplete information and minimal supervision
• Strong bias for action, grit, and ownership
• Genuine motivation to build technology that improves healthcare delivery and patient outcomes

Nice-to-Haves
• Previous experience with automation or test engineering
• Prior startup experience or early-stage product development
• Interest in growing into a long-term technical leadership role
