Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce (SFDC) Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, integrations, Apex development, Lightning technologies, security, and solution design. The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of IT experience.

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.

• 3+ years as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Solution Architect.

• Experience delivering multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations.

• Salesforce Application/System Architect certifications preferred; CTA is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architecture.

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Lead technical design sessions and architecture reviews.

• Define Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing architecture.

• Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications.

• Provide technical leadership to development teams.

• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.

• Guide data migration and deployment strategies.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize system performance.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams.

• Support solution estimation, technical proposals, and pre-sales activities when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application Architect/System Architect)

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Highly Preferred

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, or CPQ is a plus.

• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

• Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture.
